Our Story

Meet The Team
I’ve never believed in following just one path.
My career has taken me from the classroom to the boardroom, from hospital corridors to courtrooms — and along the way, I’ve learned that the best solutions often come from thinking outside the box.
I started out in education, earning my B.Ed and M.Ed in Special Educational Needs. Over the years, I taught, led, and ultimately became Headteacher, championing inclusion and driving school improvement.

Then came a leap into healthcare — as an NHS Capacity Manager, I coordinated patient flow and resources in high-pressure environments where every decision mattered.

Later, I pursued my passion for law, qualifying as a solicitor and working as a legal advisor. Today, I’m also a mediator specialising in commercial and civil disputes — helping people and businesses find common ground without going to court.

A love of problem-solving, a belief in the power of clear communication, and a drive to help people achieve better outcomes — whether that’s through negotiation, leadership, or legal expertise.
